5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The following terms govern all financial transactions on the Platform:

5.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

usdtcasino's total aggregate liability to a Player for direct damages shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Suspension & Closure

usdtcasino reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account, and to withhold any associated funds pending investigation, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested
• Receipt of a chargebacks or dispute from a payment provider in relation to funds deposited to the account
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional systems
• Access from a Prohibited Jurisdiction
• Upon request of the relevant Player (voluntary closure)
• Upon receipt of a self-exclusion request

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms, usdtcasino may forfeit any Bonus Balance and associated winnings. Real Money Balance (less any adjustments for fraud or chargeback losses) will be returned to the Player's last verified payment method following completion of any investigation.

14 Amendments
